Chance encounter – {Oman Photographer}

Believe it or not, I first met Kasia and Darek in the supermarket on my 4th day after arriving in Oman. I overheard them speaking Polish, so I followed them around to ask them about driving licences. Poland isn’t on the list of approved countries – would I have to take a test? They were kind enough to tell me the secret that if I mention our EEC membership; then yes: I could transfer the licence without a test. We exchanged cards, and a few months later I got an email asking about photo sessions. I didn’t connect the name to the person until I saw them in my studio in Al Ansab. We had fun shooting and chatting - and very soon we will see each other again for a session for newborn. We are all looking forward to that time!

George and Jacob are twin brothers and they have a little sister, Ellen. We met a few weeks ago in Dubai. It was a great joy to watch them playing and squabbling together. And they were such great brothers for little Ellen. In fact they were so great that they gave me a crazy fantasy idea about getting a small brother for my girls…. luckily my next session cured me ;0

Joanne and David – known to their friends as Jo and Disco.

This lovely couple met each other 1,147 days before their wedding day. The wedding was small and lovely - Family and Friends, Everything was great fun – caricature artist, gangnam style dancing, belly dancer, and they caught the beautiful weather too – next day it turned to sand storm.

Lots of fun and sunny days to you both!

Main reason for this photoshoot was to capture newborn Lucia and as well as all her family. I think Isabella was the only one one who wanted to pose for photos. Elina was devastated when daddy had to go to work and little Lulu felt safest in mummy’s arms. All three (and their mummy) are daddy’s girls.

Mya+Zoe – Oman Kids Photographer

I really like cake smashing sessions. They truly show the character of kids on their 1st birthday. Here are Mya and Zoe. Mya was very happy to dig into the cake and get messy straight away. Zoe on the other hand needed a bit of convincing. But once she got into it, there was no way of stopping her. ;) One more time: a belated “happy birthday,” girls!

Whenever recently I think I’m busy I immediately think of Jo and David, as they getting married tomorrow and to finish everything on time, to get everything sorted is very hectic. Luckily they found few minutes to enjoy themselves in pre-wedding shooting, and tomorrow… they will be Mr and Mrs…

I’m quite lucky – I get to shoot lots of twins. This time even more so – When I entered Katia and Mohamed’s house, I got cuddles and kisses from the boys. Later it got a bit more difficult, but still we had fun during the shooting and I got to play with their trains. . . . though not with iPad

Nirvana – Dubai Muscat photographer

This was a “Good-bye, Dubai” for Nirvana and her parents after a few years here they are going back down under - to Australia. Trust luck! We used to live in the same building, but this session was on a trip from Oman.

Livia and David – Dubai Muscat Wedding Photographer

That was a wedding that made me cry… my eyes are not usually to be found in a wet place but when I saw David crying I wasn’t far behind.

Lovely couple Livia from Sicily and David from Wales were lucky to have met in cosmopolitan Dubai.

It was fun to watch them getting ready, it was touching to see them getting married and it was a pleasure to take photos of them.
