				<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Four Days in Istanbul. Walking the narrow streets of Istanbul gave me the impression of a culture defined by relaxation:  Whoever can, will take his stool outside  and sit to drink tea or smoke and observe life on the street, or play backgammon in the warm evening.  Everyone in this place is so laid back that you need to relax as well.  Sometimes you will wait an hour for your coffee.   Ah, and the street cats!  They are everywhere.<br />
